Learn to dive in one day with the Red Sail Sports resort course! Experience Grand Cayman's most natural beauty - under the sea! The resort course includes a 2 hour pool and theory session, and afternoon 1-tank boat dive, all scuba equipment and instruction.
The theory session teaches students the basic rules for scuba diving such as dealing with pressure, breathing on scuba and how to use the equipment.
The dive boat goes to a shallow reef and an instructor will accompany the student at all times underwater. The dive is approximately 30 minutes long and goes to a maximum depth of 40 feet.
